BATAVIA — A total of 415 active COVID-19 cases were reported Monday in Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming counties.

That represents a slight increase compared to the 404 active cases the three counties reported a week before on Sept. 27. Active case numbers for Livingston County weren’t immediately available on Monday, but this past Friday’s numbers had shown an increase compared to the week before.

Here’s a county-by-county look at the data:

n Genesee County — From Thursday to Monday, Genesee County reported 152 new positive cases for a total of 6,343, according to the county’s COVID-19 dashboard.

The individuals are under the age of 20 and in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s. Eleven of 186 active cases are hospitalized.

There are 70 new recoveries for a total of 5,551.

Genesee County reported a total of 132 deaths.

A total of 32,574 people, or 56.6 percent of county residents, had received at least one vaccine dose as of Monday, according to the New York state vaccine dashboard. The number of people who have completed the series was 30,125.

The county’s seven-day rolling average of positives was 6.6 percent.

n Orleans County — From Thursday to Monday, Orleans County reported 84 new cases for a total of 3,968 positive cases.

The individuals are under the age of 20 and in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s.

Of the 172 active cases, one is hospitalized.

There are 77 new recoveries for a total of 3,367. Orleans County has 85 total deaths.

A total of 21,058 people, or 51.9 percent of county residents, had received at least one vaccine dose as of Monday, according to the New York state vaccine dashboard. The number of people who have completed the series was 19,394.

The county’s seven-day rolling average of positives was 8.4 percent.

n Wyoming County — Fifty-seven active cases were reported Monday for a total of 3,164 cases since the pandemic began, according to county data.

The number of recoveries is 3,053. There are 55 deaths.

A total of 20,313 people, or 50.7 percent of county residents, had received at least one vaccine dose as of Monday, according to the New York state vaccine dashboard. The number of people who have completed the series was 18,870.

The county’s seven-day rolling average of positives was 6.5 percent.

n Livingston County — As of Friday, Livingston County had 124 active cases, according to the county’s COVID-19 dashboard. That represents an increase of 18 cases compared to one week before.

A total of 5,578 cases had been reported since the pandemic began, along with 5,403 recoveries. There have been 63 deaths.

A total of 35,821 people, or 56.7 percent of county residents, had received at least one vaccine dose as of Monday, according to the New York state vaccine dashboard.

The number of people who have completed the series was 33,686.

A total of 64.7 percent of the county’s population of those at least 18 years old had been vaccinated.

The county’s seven-day rolling average of positives was 3.7 percent.
