September 30

Responded to a business on Lakeville Road for an illegal dumping complaint.

Oct. 2

Officers stopped a vehicle on Avon Road for speeding and charged the driver, Muhammed Alameli, 22, of Rochester, with driving with a suspended license.

Oct. 3

Officers stopped a vehicle on Avon Road and charged the driver, Vicky Arias, 36, of Rochester, with aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to obey a traffic control device and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

October 4

Responded to Orchard Street for people yelling and screaming at each other.

Responded to Main Street for a report of a loud party.

Responded to Ward Place for a loud party.

Responded to Prospect Street for an unwanted individual in the apartment.

October 5

Responded to a business on Main Street for several fake licenses.

Received a report of a forgery occurring in the Village.

Oct. 6

Responded to Tuscarora Avenue for a traffic issue of a dumpster in the roadway.

Officers responded to the Highlands Apartments for an arrest warrant. Gilberto Rivera Ramos, 36, of Geneseo, was arrested on an arrest warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation and other vehicle and traffic violations.

Officers charged Deborah Vallance, 61, from Warsaw with petit larceny. It is alleged that Vallance stole items from a store on Main Street.

October 9

Responded to Highland Park for several dogs running loose.

Assisted the Department of Health with a quarantine check on Court Street.

Responded to Main Street for an individual not wearing a face mask.

State Police

Nancy Lumbrazo, 57, of Rome, Oneida County, was arrested Oct. 3 in the town of Groveland on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a class D felony, and promoting prison contraband in the second degree, an A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

Christine M. Fuchs, 37, of Queens, was arrested Oct. 3 in the town of Groveland on four felonies and one misdemeanor. She was charged with promoting prison contraband in the first degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. Following arraignment, Fuchs was released on her own recognizance.

Justin D. Pusey, 29, of Rochester, was arrested Oct. 9 in the town of Groveland and charged with fourth-degree grant larceny, falsifying business records in the first degree and offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree, all class E felonies. Pusey was issued an appearance ticket.
