Geneseo Police

Nov. 16

Officers received an arrest warrant from Geneseo Village Court for Saevond Strachan for a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

Officers charged Lori McClurg, 57, of Perry, Wyoming County, with criminal contempt in the first degree. The charge stems from an incident that is alleged to have occurred at Walmart Nov. 14.

Officers charged Wendy Williams, 51, of Geneseo, with grand larceny in the fourth degree and petit larceny. The charges stem from an incident that is alleged to have occurred at the Highlands Apartments on Nov. 13.

Nov. 19

Officers arrested Eric Bergeron, 55, of Cohocton, Steuben County, on a violation of probation warrant.

Nov. 20

Officers responded to Wadsworth Street for people marching on the sidewalk and in the road and being very loud.

Officers responded to the campus of SUNY Geneseo for a report of people sitting on vehicles and then vehicles doing donuts in a parking lot with people falling off the vehicles. Officers assisted members of the University Police Department.

Nov. 21

Officers responded to Main Street for people in the bear fountain.

Officers responded to Livingston Street for a domestic. Jeffrey Mastin, 51, of Avon, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment in the second degree.

Officers stopped a vehicle on South Street and the driver, Trevor Cliff, 29, of Avon, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

Trisha N. Severson, 38, of York, was arrested Nov. 13 on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. She was arraigned in the Livingston County Jail and was due to appear in York Town Court Nov. 23.

Shelly A. Berghash, 22, of Scottsville, Monroe County, was arrested Nov. 14 and charged with driving with intoxicated. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Caledonia Town Court Dec. 7.

Amber M. Torregrossa, 44, of York, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Caledonia Town Court Dec. 7.

Patrick T. Fuhr, 61, of Kenmore, Erie County, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and traffic violations. Following arraignment, he was remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail. He was due to appear in Mount Morris Town Court Nov. 23.

Allen D. Wilcox, 61, of Springwater, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and traffic violations. HE was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Livonia Town Court Dec. 1.

Keane E. Hampshire, 28, of Nunda, was arrested Nov. 18 as a fugitive from justice out of York County, Pa. Hampshire was wanted for failing to appear on a driving under the influence charge out of York County. Following arraignment, Hampshire was remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail.

Heather M. Haynes, 36, of Geneseo, was arrested Nov. 18 for making a false written statement. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Geneseo Village Court Dec. 8.

Kathleen R. Klien, 41, of Sparta,, was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law and endangering the welfare of a child. Following arraignment, she was released on her own recognizance. She is due to appear in Springwater Town Court Dec. 10.

Karen Sumeriski, 58, of Rochester, was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Caledonia Town Court Dec. 7.

Diana L. Harris, 61, of Mount Morris, was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. She was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Geneseo Town Court Dec. 1.

Albert A. Ackerman, 56, of Mumford, Monroe County, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with first degree criminal contempt, second-degree burglary and aggravated family offense. Following arraignment, Ackerman was remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail, pending future court action.

Martin J. Stuab, 40, of Rochester, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment, Stuab was released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in Conesus Town Court Dec. 9.

State Police

Alicia D. Morey, 35, of Alexander, Genesee County, was arrested Nov. 20 in the town of West Sparta and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child. She was issued an appearance ticket.

James R. Waite, 21, of Mount Morris, was arrested Nov. 16 in the town of Mount Morris and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
