Geneseo Police

Nov. 9

Officers responded to Walmart for a vehicle doing donuts in the parking lot. Leodore Labarge, 33, of Geneseo, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Nov. 13

Officers stopped a vehicle on South Street and charged Tonya Eddy, 38, of Mount Morris with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, unlicensed operation, and an equipment violation. It is alleged Eddy had seven suspensions on her license.

Nov. 14

Officers responded to an address on Orchard Street for a large party.

Officers responded to the bear fountain on Main Street for the report of several females in the fountain.

Nov. 15

Officers responded to a business on Main Street for a report of a person not wearing a mask.

Officers responded to Oak Street for a tree that had fallen on power lines and was blocking the roadway.

Officers responded to various areas in the village for tree branches down due to the high winds.

Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

Karen F. Riley, 47, of Scottsville, was arrested Nov. 7 on a charge of petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Caledonia Town Court Nov. 16.

Christine M. Palmer, 54, of Caledoina, was arrested Nov. 6 on a charge of petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Caledonia Town Court Nov. 16.

David M. Santillo, 38, of Naples, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal contempt. Following arraignment, Santillo was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash pending further court action.

Victoria E. Slattery, 20, of Rochester, was arrested Nov. 7 for driving while ability impaired by drugs. She was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Geneseo Town Court Nov. 17.

Koby L. Jacobs, 23, of Conesus, was arrested Nov. 7 on charges of driving while intoxicated. Among others. Following arraignment, Jacobs was released on his own recognizance and is due in Livonia Ton Court Nov. 25.

Emily R. Badaliacca, 23, of Blasdell, Erie County, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Geneseo Town Court Nov. 17.

Kathryn M. Brueser, 49, of Sparta, was arrested Nov. 8 for second-degree harassment. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Sparta Town Court Dec. 9.

Kashka K. McGill, 47, of Rochester, was arrested Nov. 9 on charges of felony driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, among others. He is due to appear in Avon Town Court Nov. 24.

Chris W. Lamere, 56, of Rochester, was arrested Nov. 11 on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, among others. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Avon Town Court Nov. 24.

Jacqueline N. Quinn, 26, of Mount Morris, was arrested Nov. 11 on charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, among others. Quinn was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Livonia Town Court Dec. 1.

Ryan T. Zimmer, 38, of Dansville, was arrested Nov. 11 on charges of driving while intoxicated, among others. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to York Town Court Nov. 23.

Sarah J. King, 29, of Hornell, was arrested Nov. 12 on charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and driving while ability impaired by drugs, among others. Following arraignment, King was released on her own recognizance. She is due to appear in Ossian Town Court Dec. 3.

New York State Police

Colin M. Carpenter, 19, of Hornell, was arrested Nov. 15 in the town of Springwater and charged with second-degree rape, a class D felony. He was ordered held on the charge.

Kyle R. Sage, 27, of Hemlock, was arrested Nov. 12 in the town of Richmond on a charge of disseminating indecent material to minors in the first degree, a class D felony. The charge stems from an incident reported in August 2019. Sage was ordered held on the charge.
