Matthew R. Murray, 65, of Henreitta was charged Nov. 5 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, speeding, and operator side window less than 70% transmittance. Murray was arraigned in Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part and released on his own recognizance with a future date in Town of Avon Court.

Dustin N. Rich, 23, of Batavia was charged Nov. 6 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no/inadequate muffler. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Avon Court.
