Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

Chad M. McGee, 39, Lima, was charged April 29 with Harassment in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part, McGee was released and will reply to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

James Learn, 28, Nunda, was charged April 21 with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the third degree. Learn was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Ossian Town Court on a later date.

Ashley N. Rickard, 28, Rochester, was charged April 9 with Petit Larceny. Rickard was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Timothy J. Engert, 33, Rochester, was charged April 9 with False Personation. Engert was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date

Manisha Taya, 29, Rochester, was charged April 19 with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, and Following too Closely. Taya was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in West Sparta Town Court on a later date.

Clifford N. Habecker, 63, Lima, was charged April 22 with Harassment in the second degree. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Habecker was released and will reply to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Christian J. Johnson, 24, Mount Morris, was charged May 4 with Petit Larceny. Johnson was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Mount Morris Town Court on a later date

Kevin M Bonner Sr., 62, Dansville, was charged May 6 with Harassment in the second degree. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Bonner was released and will reply to charges in West Sparta Town Court on a later date.

Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office

Daniel R. Smythe, 32, of Caledonia, was charged April 30 following a shoplifting complaint at the Walmart store in Warsaw, reports the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.

Smythe was apprehended by store employees after allegedly concealing merchandise values at $78.44 and walking out of the store. He was then arrested by Wyoming County Sheriff’s deputies and taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, deputies said.

Smythe was charged with petit larceny, and issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Town of Warsaw Court at a later date.
