Officers responded to Main Street at Center Street for a vehicle that struck the fountain.

Officers received a bench warrant for Christian Johnson, 25, of Rochester, for failure to appear on criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child charges.

Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

Julie R. Dasfaias, 40, of Rochester, was arrested May 21 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree. She was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Avon Town Court June 8.

Marilee A. Hoffman, 42, of Lima, was arrested May 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Hoffman was released on her own recognizance and was due to appear in Lima Town Court June 6.

John H. Washburn, 42, of Avon, was arrested May 22 and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and resisting arrest. Following arraignment on the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge in the Livingston County Jail, Washburn was released on his own recognizance but was remanded to the jail following arraignment on his other charges. He had been due to appear in Mount Morris Town Court May 27.

Todd E. Merzke, 50, of Hilton, Monroe County, was arrested May 23 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, robbery in the third degree, criminal contempt in the first degree, harassment in the second degree and petit larceny. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Merzke was remanded on $5,000 cash or $20,000 bond. He had been due to appear in Avon Town Court May 27.

Cheryl L. Harper, 59, of Lakeville, was arrested May 24 and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Harper was released on her own recognizance and had been due to appear in Livonia Town Court June 1.

Cassandra F. Smith, 35, of Piffard, was arrested May 24 and charged with criminal trespass and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Smith was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in York Court June 14.

James M. Arnold, 18, of Dansville, was arrested May 25 and charged with assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Arnold was released on his own recognizance and had been due to appear in Dansville Village Court June 2.

Kiara A. Tantao-Garcia, 30, of Rochester, was arrested May 25 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. She was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Groveland Court June 2.

Karl A. Redance, 30, of Dansville, was arrested May 26 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Avon Town Court June 8.

Tanya J. Sanchez, 44, of Irondequoit, Monroe County, was arrested May 28 and charged with burglary in the second degree, two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, two counts of petit larceny, attempted burglary in the second degree, criminal mischief in the second degree, possession of burglary tools and burglary in the third degree. Sanchez was arraigned in the Livingston County Jail and remanded on $1,000 cash. She is due to appear in Mount Morris Town Court June 3.

Whitney, 40, of Irondequoit, Monroe County, was arrested May 28 and charged with burglary in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, two counts of petit larceny, attempted burglary in the second degree, two counts of criminal mischief in the second degree, possession of burglary tools and burglary in the third degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Whitney was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Conesus Town Court June 9.

Andrew J. Finch, 21, of Caledonia, was arrested May 30 and charged with driving while ability impaired and unlawfully fleeing a police officer. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Caledonia Town Court June 7.

Derek J. LaMoy, 38, of Nunda, was arrested May 30 and charged with harassment in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, LaMoy was released on his own recognizance and had been due to appear in Geneseo Town Court June 1.

Timothy J. Warren, 45, of Groveland, was arrested June 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Warren was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Geneseo Town Court June 15.

Matthew P. Sapetko, 40, of Leicester, was arrested June 1 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, aggravated harassment in the second degree and criminal contempt in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Sapetko was remanded on $50 cash for the criminal contempt second charge and without bail on the criminal contempt first and aggravated harassment charges. He is due to appear in Geneseo Village Court June 15 on the criminal contempt second charge and had been due to appear in Leicester Town Court June 4 on the criminal contempt first and aggravated harassment charges.

Luis E. Hernandez, 31, of Avon, was arrested June 1 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Avon Town Court June 8.

Robert C. Mahoney, 87, of Leicester, was arrested June 2 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Leicester Town Court June 9.

David J. Steinmetz, 39, of Dansville, was arrested June 2 and charged with harassment in the second degree and menacing in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Steinmetz was released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in North Dansville Town Court June 17.

Jeffrey L. Thompson, 40, of Conesus, was arrested June 2 and charged criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Geneseo Village Court June 22.

Michael Economidis, 39, of Rochester, was arrested June 3 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and tampering with physical evidence. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Economidis was released without bail and is due to appear in Avon Town Court June 9.

Dustin M. Smith, 22, of Nunda, was arrested June 3 and charged with two counts of attempted assault in the first degree, two counts of assault in the second degree, two counts of reckless endangerment in the second degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Smith was remanded on $15,000 cash. He had been due to appear in Nunda Town Court June 8.

Hector Y. Hernandez, 19, of Rochester, was arrested June 3 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Avon Town Court June 8.

June M. Ellis, 32, of Wolcott, Wayne County, was arrested June 4 and charged with two counts of grand larceny in the fourth degree and petit larceny. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Ellis was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in Caledonia Town Court June 21.

Brigid E. Hayes, 63, of Watervliet, Albany County, was arrested June 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Hayes was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in Livonia Town Court June 15.

Genesee County Sheriff’s Office

A Dalton woman has been charged in connection with an alleged larceny that occurred the evening of May 30 on Vallance Road, Le Roy, reports the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office. Joanne K. Harper, 56, was arrested June 3 and charged with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. She is due in Le Roy Town Court on June 17.
