July 25

Officers stopped a vehicle on Mustang Circle and charged Robert Hyde, 49, with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without an ignition interlock device, refusal to take a breath test, failure to signal, and unlicensed operation. It is alleged that Hyde was intoxicated, had prior DWI convictions in the past 10 years making this arrest a felony, and is on parole. He was transported to Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part at Livingston County Jail for arraignment.

July 26

Officers stopped a vehicle on Main Street and the driver, Carly Vanaodorp, 25, from Burlington, Vt., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Ronald G. Kurtz Jr., 32, of Livonia, was charged July 17 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving without a license, and a license plate violation. He was issued an appearance ticket to Town of Lima Court on Aug. 17. Kurtz was also charged July 19 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He was issued an appearance ticket to Town of Livonia Court on Aug. 4.

Donald A. Traxler, 33, of Rochester was charged July 19 with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated. He was issued an appearance ticket to Town of Geneseo Court on Aug. 4.

Jaslyn K. Reyes, 21, of Penfield was charged July 19 with driving while ability impaired-drugs, speeding and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana. Reyes was issued an appearance ticket to Town of Livonia Court on Aug. 4.

Summer E. Jones, 39, of Mount Morris was charged July 20 with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Jones was arraigned in Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to Village of Mount Morris Court on Sept. 9.

Juan M. Williams, 38, of Elmira, was charged July 21 with second-degree criminal contempt and failure to dim headlights. He was arraigned in Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part and released on his own recognizance. He is to answer charges Sept. 8 in Town of Livonia Court.

Arthur R. Cain, 57, of Lockport, was charged July 21 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, refusal of a screening test, and speeding. He was arraigned in Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part and released on his own recognizance. He is due in Village of Dansville Court on Sept. 2.

Charles M.R. Patrick, 25, of Dansville was charged July 21 with driving while intoxicated, speeding and improper plates. He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 5 in Town of Groveland Court.

Andrew A. Maracle-Yencer, 23, of Avon, was charged July 22 with driving while ability impaired drugs, operating without a license, and an equipment violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 10 in Town of Avon Court.

Boyd J. Higgus III, 47, of Sparta, was charged July 22 with two counts of filing a false written statement for separate incidents, and one county of falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement. He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 20 in Village of Dansville Court, and also issued an appearance ticket for Sept. 3 in Town of Sparta Court.

John M. Haney, 44, of Mount Morris was charged July 22 with second-degree aggravated harassment. He was arraigned in Livingston County Centralized Arraign Part and released on his own recognizance. He is due to answer the charge Sept. 3 in Town of Portage Court.

Anthony L. Doane, 20, of Greece, was charged July 23 with driving while ability impaired-drugs, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and no or inadequate muffler. He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 4 in Town of Geneseo Court.

Joselito rogriguez-Gonzalez, 26, of Mount Morris, was charged July 23 with three counts of criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, and three counts of criminal sale of a narcotic. He was arraigned in Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part of released on his own recognizance. He is due in Village of Mount Morris Court on Sept. 9.
