July 13

Geneseo Police responded to the Walmart supercenter for a group of people not wearing masks and then refusing to leave when asked.

July 14

Responded to Riverside Drive for a domestic. Atasha Dauber, 36, from Geneseo, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree.

Responded to Route 63 to assist the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office with a possible arson suspect fleeing Big Tree Road.

Geneseo Police Department, Geneseo Fire Department and multiple fire agencies responded to Ward Place for a structure fire.

July 16

Geneseo Police and Geneseo Fire responded to the Country Lane Apartments for a kitchen fire.

Stopped a vehicle on Crossett Road and charged the driver, Mariolga Jaime, 30, from Leicester, for aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation.

July 17

Responded to Main Street for a two-car motor vehicle accident.

Responded to the Walmart supercenter for a report of a shoplifter who just left the store on foot.

Responded to the Walmart supercenter for a motor vehicle accident.

Responded to the Brookside Apartments for a harassment complaint, occurring over the telephone.

July 18

Responded to South Street for a two-car motor vehicle accident.

Received a traffic complaint of a vehicle leaving the Walmart supercenter. Steven Stefano, 43, from Piffard was charged with felony driving while intoxicated-drugs, aggravated unlicensed in the first degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with evidence.

July 19

Geneseo Police and Geneseo Fire responded to the Walmart supercenter for a CO2 detector going off.

Responded to Highland Park for trees down.

Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

Davis L. Banks Jr., 63, of Rochester, was charged July 12 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and failure to use designated lane. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable Aug. 10 in Town of Avon Court.

Dustin A. Loveland, 33, of Kent, was charged July 13 with third-degree criminal mischief. Loveland, an inmate at Livingston County Jail, was issued an appearance ticket for Village of Geneseo Court on July 28.

Eugene A. White, 69, of Avon was charged July 13 with petit larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Avon Court on Aug. 25.

Richard F. Rawleigh Sr., 52, of Leicester, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on July 14. He was issued an appearance ticket for Town of York Court on Aug. 10.

Aimee K. Margorka, 32, of Rochester was charged July 15 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle without a court-ordered interlock ignition device, leaving the scene of an accident without reporting, and refusing to submit to a breath test. She was ordered held without bail due to prior felony convictions. She was scheduled to appear in court on July 20.

Kelly L. Hamilton, 38, of Hunt was charged July 15 with endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part in Livingston County Jail and released on her own recognizance. She is to respond to charged Sept. 3 in Town of Portage Court.

Tammy L. Jansen, 54, of Hunt was charged July 16 with six counts of torturing or injuring animals. She was given an appearance ticket for Aug. 24 in Village of Nunda Court.

Zachary A. Caraway, 27, of Auburn was charged July 16 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, interlock ignition device violation, driving without a license, and noisy muffler. He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 12 in Village of Mount Morris Court.

John P. Miller, 47, of Rochester was charged July 16 with second-degree unlicensed operation, driving without a license, and speeding. He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 17 in Town of Lima Court.

Thomas A. Weigert, 32, of Honeoye, was charged July 16 with third-degree assault. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable Aug. 13 in Town of Springwater court.

Matthew M. Englert, 38, of Springwater, was charged July 17 with misdemeanor DWI and attempting to pass on the right side of the roadway. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable Aug. 13 in Town of Springwater Court.
