Officers responded to Walmart for a report of children left alone in a vehicle.

Officers responded to various addresses in the village for reports of trees, branches and power lines down and sparking as a result of the strong thunderstorms that moved through the area.

July 15

Officers responded to the Skybird Landing Apartments for a missing person report.

July 17

Officers and members of the Geneseo Fire Department responded to various addresses in the village for reports of flooding due to heavy rainfall in the area. Among the areas where flooding was reported were Second Street, the Indian Meadows area, the Fox Run Apartments, the April Meadows Apartments and Melody Lane.

Officers responded to the Highlands Apartments for a report of a dog locked inside a vehicle.

July 18

Officers responded to Lakeville Road for a motor vehicle accident.

Barbara E. Tellier, 56, of Wayland, was arrested July 9 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. She was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Springwater Town Court Aug. 12.

Michael E. Neally, 32, of Painted Post, Steuben County, was arrested July 9 and charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and disorderly conduct. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, he was released on his own recognizance. He had been due to appear in Dansville Village Court July 15 on all but the third criminal possession of a controlled substance charge, which he will answer to in Geneseo Village Court July 27.

April L. Wheeler, 37, of Springwater, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant July 9 for an aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree charge. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Wheeler was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in Avon Town Court July 27.

Alecia N. Vanburen, 23, of Orlanda, Fla., was arrested July 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Vanburen was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in Geneseo Village Court July 27.

Brian E. Rice, 28, of Nunda, was arrested July 11 and charged with harassment in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Rice was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Nunda Village Court Aug. 8.

Nicholas M. Schrader, 30, of Livonia, was arrested July 11 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. He was issued an appearance returnable to Livonia Town Court July 20.

Frank R. Imburgia, 60, of Livonia, was arrested July 13 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Avon Town Court July 27.

Eric B. Warbelton, 35, of Lincoln, Neb., was arrested July 14 and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Warbelton was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Livonia Town Court Aug. 1.

Jesse M. Webb, 31, of Conesus, was arrested July 13 and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Geneseo Village Court July 27.

Robert A. Sciarrone Jr., 27, of Webster, was arrested July 13 and charged with reckless endangerment in the first degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, grand larceny in the third degree, unlawfully fleeing a police officer in the third degree, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, resisting arrest, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and numerous traffic law violations. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, he was released on his own recognizance and had been due to appear in Geneseo and Groveland town court July 20.

Karriann H. Parkhurst, 23, of Warsaw, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant July 14 for a criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree charge. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Parkhurst was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in Avon Town Court July 27.

Kevin M. Houck, 28, of Avon, was arrested July 15 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Avon Town Court July 27.

Brian M. Wills, 31, of Pittsford, was arrested July 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Wills was released on his own recognizance and had been due to appear in Geneseo Town Court July 20.
