Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

Christopher M. Arber, 45, of Avon was charged July 3 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was released on his own recognizance and issued an appearance ticket for Town of Avon Court.

Brian J. Murphy, 26, of Rochester was charged July 4 with aggravated driving while intoxicated as a misdemeanor, speeding, and failure to signal a lane change. He was released on his own recognizance and issued an appearance ticket for Town of Avon Court.

Shawn E. Hall, 57, of West Sparta, was charged July 4 with second degree menacing and second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance and issued an appearance ticket for Town of West Sparta Court.

Tina M. Lewis, 42, of Dansville was charged July 4 with second-degree harassment. She was released on her own recognizance and issued an appearance ticket for Town of York Court.

Michelle L. Fugle, 42, of Rochester, was charged July 8 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, circumventing an ignition interlock device, and an equipment violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Avon Court.

Seth S. Sykes, 30, of Livonia was charged July 8 with misdemeanor driving while ability impaired-drugs and an equipment violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Livonia Court.

Derrick O. Strozier II, 29, of Rochester was charged July 8 with resisting arrest. He was issued an appearance ticket for Village of Nunda Court.

Emanuel J. Brooks, 18, of Pine City was charged July 9 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was released on his own recognizance and issued an appearance ticket for Town of Avon Court.

State Police

Andrea Yasna, 41, of Ithaca, was arrested in Ithaca June 30 and charged with third-degree burglary for criminal conduct that is alleged to have occurred in the town of Groveland in May. She was issued an appearance ticket.
