Craig A. Cottone, 43, of Avon was charged Dec. 25 with second-degree harassment. He was issued an appearance ticket for Village of Avon Court.

Pollo B. Johnson, 52, of Caledonia was charged Dec. 25 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and refusal of a screening test. Johnson was arraigned in Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part and given an appearance ticket for Town of Leicester Court.

William M. Stringer Jr. 39, of Conesus was charged Dec. 26 with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was arraigned in LCCAP and issued an appearance ticket for Town of Conesus Court.

Nicholas J. Sleeis, 31, of Geneseo was charged Dec. 27 with second-degree aggravated harassment and arraigned in LCCAP. He was issued an appearance ticket for Village of Geneseo Court. Rebecca A. Ward, 42, of Livonia was charged Dec. 27 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Avon Court.

Samantha A. Youngjohn, 33, of Dansville was charged Dec. 28 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without a license, and no/inadequate tail lights. She was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Avon Court.

Brianne E. Berg, 32, of Nunda was charged Dec. 29 with two counts of endanger the welfare of a child. She was issued an appearance ticket for Village of Nunda Court.

Roger E. Scroger, 40, of Rochester was charged Dec. 29 with petit larceny and issues an appearance ticket for Town of Mount Morris Court. He was also arrested and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without a license, and passed a circular red signal. He was arraigned in LCCAP and held without bail. He will answer the charges in Town of Avon Court.

Thomas E. Griffith, 32, of Rush was charged Dec. 30 with misdemeanor DWI, refusing a screening test, and driving across a mall/median. He was arraigned in LCCAP and issued an appearance ticket for Town of West Sparta Court.

Brian S. Ayers Jr., 41, of Mount Morris was charged Dec. 30 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in LCCAP and remanded on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. He will answer the charge in Town of Groveland Court. He was also charged with criminal possession of a firearm, second- and third-degree crimina possession of a weapon, and second-degree menacing. He was arraigned in LCCAP and remanded on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. He will answer charges in Town of Mount Morris Court.

Dewayne E. Johnson, 29, of Rochester, was charged Dec. 30 with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without a license, operating with a suspended registration, no/inadequate muffler. He was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Avon Court.

Richard B. Johnson, 52, of Leicester was charged Dec. 30 with misdemeanor DWI, refusal of a screening test, speed not reasonable or prudent, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He was arraigned in LCCAP and issued an appearance ticket for Town of Leicester Court.

Daniel F. Hoefling, 34, of Geneseo was charged Dec. 30 with felony DWI, refusing a screening test, speeding in excess of posted limits, and uninspected motor vehicle. He was arraigned in LCCAP and given a return date to Town of Geneseo Court.
