Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

Jaime M. Mullen, 47, of Canisteo was charged Dec. 31, 2021, with midemeanor driving while ability impaired drugs, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating without a license. Mullen was arraigned in Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part and released on his own recognizance with a return date in Town of West Sparta Court.

Ben. A Green, 49, of Rochester was charged Jan. 3 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no/inadequate muffler. Green was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Avon Court.

Derrick Smith, 33, of Avon was arrested Jan. 3 on an arrest warrant and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Livingston County Court and released on his own recognizance with a future date in County Court.

Laurie B. Massaro, 31, of Holley was charged Jan. 3 with misdemeanor DWI, driving across hazard markings, and speed not reasonable and prudent following a motor vehicle crash. She was arraigned in LC CAP and released on her own recognizance with a return date in Town of Leicester Court.

Malik J. Asbury, 28, of Leicester was charged Jan. 4 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and no/inadequate muffler. He was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Avon Court.

Cameron S. Schuler, 19, of Rochester was arrested Jan. 4 on an arrest warrant and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Schuler was arraigned in Livingston County Court and released with a future date in County Court.

Kristina M. Cornbau, 52, of Sparta was charged Jan. 5 with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. She was issued an appearance ticket for Village of Dansville Court.

Donald E. Geneski, 65, of Wellsboro, Pa., was charged Jan. 5 with DWAI drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, no/inadequate plate light, operating without a license, improper plates, and failure to signal. He was arraigned in LC CAP and released with a return date in Town of Avon Court.

Roger E. Scroger, 40, of Rochester was charged Jan. 6 with first-degree promoting prison contraband and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was issued an appearance ticket for Village of Geneseo Court.

Emily S. Henry, 29, of Hornell was charged Jan. 6 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a vehicle without a court-ordered ignition interlock device. She was issued an appearance ticket for Village of Geneseo Court.

Eric B. McGregor, 34, of Hornell was charged Jan. 6 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without a license, and speeding. He was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Geneseo Court.

Jonathan D. Sick, 33, of Arkport was charged Jan. 6 with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree criminal impersonation, failure to yield approaching intersection, speed not reasonable or prudent, and operating without a license. He was arraigned in LC CAP and released on his own recognizance with a future date in Town of Portage Court.

Michael J. Paul, 40, of Dansville was charged Jan. 6 with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. He was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Avon Court.
