Officers responded to Main Street and Center Street for two males possibly fighting.

Officers responded to Walmart for a motor vehicle accident.

Officers responded to an address on Orchard Street for the report of a large party.

April 3

Officers received a report of a missing person.

Officers stopped a vehicle on Court Street and the driver, Nicholas Williams, 34, of Piffard, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

Stephanie F. Booth, 40, of Mount Morris, was arrested March 26 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. She was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Mount Morris Town Court April 14.

Larry M. Landers, 55, of Groveland, was arrested March 26 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston Count Jail, he was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Groveland Town Court April 21.

David C. Hopkins, 66, of Mount Morris, was arrested March 29 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, he was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Mount Morris Town Court April 14.

Tiffani L. Carpenter, 24, of Nunda, was arrested March 29 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, she was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in Nunda Village Court April 13.

Sherry M. Arviso, 56, of Hornell, Steuben County, was arrested March 31 and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree and criminal contempt in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, she was remanded on $1,000 cash and is due to appear in Ossian Town Court April 15.

Daniel W. Ackerman, 42, of Avon, was arrested April 1 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, he was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Avon Town Court April 27.
