Officers responded to Lakeville Road for a larceny complaint. Owen Monteferrante, 21, of Lockport, Niagara County, was charged with petit larceny.

March 24

Officers responded to Mount Morris Road for a motor vehicle accident.

Officers responded to North Street for a possible fight.

March 25

Officers responded to Stuyvesant Manor for a fraudulent unemployment claim report.

March 26

Officers responded to Avon Road for a fraudulent unemployment claim report.

Officers responded to Main Street for a fraudulent unemployment claim report.

Officers responded to Main Street for a motor vehicle accident.

March 28

Officers responded to Walmart for a motor vehicle accident.

Officers stopped a vehicle on East South Street and the driver was charged with having a suspended license. Derrick Kio, 30 of the village of Wyoming, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, unlicensed operation, and inadequate muffler. It is alleged Kio had nine licenses suspensions.

Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

Brandon M. Frye, 38, of Mount Morris, was arrested March 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Frye was released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in Groveland Town Court April 7.

Tristen R. Sweredoski, 18, of Nunda, was arrested March 19 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Avon Town Court April 13.

Samuel T. Perrins Jr., 65, of Elmira, Chemung County, was arrested March 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Perrins Jr. was released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in Avon Town Court April 13.

Broderick J. Perry, 24, of Niagara Falls, Niagara County, was arrested March 20 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to North Dansvile Town Court April 7.

Timeka N. Garfield, 36, of Rochester, was arrested March 20 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. Garfield was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Avon Town Court April 13.

Paul G. Roskosky, 56, of Leicester, was arrested March 20 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Avon Town Court April 13.

Beth A. Ramirez, 58, of Geneseo, was arrested Marc h20 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. She was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Livonia Town Court April 6.

John F. Burley, 58, of Lakville, was arrested March 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, he was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Livonia Town Court April 6.

Robert J. Hynes, 40, of Livonia, was arrested Marc h21 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Hynes was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Avon Town Court April 20.

John M. Steiner, 58, of Wayland, Steuben County, was arrested March 21 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Avon Town Court April 13.

Douglas L. Stanley, 66, of Sparta, was arrested March 23 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree. Stanley was arraigned in the Livingston County Jail and is due to appear in court April 14.

Susan B. Moore, 56, of Lima, was arrested March 22 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, she was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in Avon Town Court April 13.

Austin M. Lambert, 31, of Caledonia, was arrested March 22 and charged with harassment in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, he was released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in Caledonia Village Court April 19.

Douglas L. McCoy, 72, of Lima, was arrested March 22 and charged with harassment in the second degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, he was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Lima Town Court April 5.

Terry L. Padgett, 60 of West Sparta, was arrested March 23 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Padgett was released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in Mount Morris Village Court April 14.

Myasia D. Campbell, 23, of Rochester, was arrested March 25 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. Campbell was issue an appearance ticket, returnable to North Dansville Town Court April 15.

Jonathan M. Carter, 35, of Retsof, was arrested March 25 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. He was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to Geneseo Village Court April 13.

Frank J. Wright, 75, of Wellsville, Allegany County, was arrested March 25 and charged with five counts of rape in the first degree. Following arraignment in the Livingston County Jail, Wright was remanded on $5,000 cash. He was due to appear in Avon Town Court March 30.
