GENESEO – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is reopening its lobby to the public today, though there will be some changes.
The most notable change is that the lobby will be open by appointment only until further notice.
Other changes include allowing only one person in the lobby at a time.
“If you arrive and view another individual in the lobby, please wait outside the glass doors until they have completed their business and exited,” Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty said in a news release.
Regular office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed during county-observed holidays.
To make an appointment, call the Records Division at (585) 243-7140 during regular office hours.
