MOUNT MORRIS — The Livingston County Department of Health is continuing to offer COVID-19 diagnostic testing on a limited basis. The county Department of Health works in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health’s Wadsworth Center to provide this testing.

The county’s community-based testing site is at 2 Murray Hill Drive.

Those wishing to be tested must call (585) 243-7270 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday to determine if they qualify for testing and to set up an appointment. No walk-ins are allowed.

Livingston County Administrator Ian M. Coyle thanked the state Department of Health and its team at the Wadsworth Center for partnering with the county on a “much needed, vital service.”

Residents who may have a fever, cough or trouble breathing, should call their health care provider for an assessment of the symptoms.
