Hemlock man promoted

Edward French of Hemlock has been promoted to vice president/director of technology by ESL Federal Credit Union.

French will oversee the technological growth for the financial institution to meet the needs of the market. He will lead the network services, development, and business systems analysis teams at ESL.

French brings more than 30 years’ experience in IT to his new position. He first joined the financial institution in 2013 as network services manager, and previously served as manager of systems and technology at Bausch & Lomb. French is a U.S. Army veteran and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Medaille College. He resides in Hemlock with his wife and two children.
