ATTICA — The next series of Foodlink food distributions has been set for Wyoming County.

The distributions will take place March 4 and April 1 at Attica’s village park; March 11 and April 8 at Arcade village park; and March 25 and April 29 at Perry Village Park.

Each is set for 10 a.m. to noon.

Those attending must stay in their vehicles at all times with their windows up, officials said.

Each vehicle needs to have specific information printed in a piece of paper and taped to their drivers side window. They need to include their ZIP code, and the number of adults, children, and seniors in the household.

If people need to exit their vehicle to open their trunk, they should also indicate it on the paper. A volunteer will tell them when the trunk needs to be opened.

Once the food box is in the trunk, a volunteer will close it and tap on the vehicle, indicating the recipient can drive away.

Those who need assistance beforehand may call the Wyoming County response line at (585) 786-8911.
