NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Ridgeway will hold a public hearing on an application for an Area Variance for property located at 2735 Oak Orchard River Road, Medina, Town of Ridgeway, NY, owned by Darrel Smith. The applicant requests a 35� front setback and a 15� rear setback variance for a proposed 40� x 32� replacement garage as per Section 510 paragraph E and C accessory structures of the Town of Ridgeway Zoning Laws. The public hearing will be held on July 7, 2020 at 7:15 pm at the Ridgeway Town Hall located at 410 West Ave, Medina, NY 14103 or by telecommunication meeting. The Proposed Action has been classified as a Type II Action under SEQRA.
